6/25/22 Minutes – Members Meeting

At the meeting on June 25th, 2022 there were owners present numbering 14. Minutes are as follows:   3:40 pm Call to order Roll call satisfied via check in sheet. All board members present. Introduction of board Old business / minutes / new / open business. Open discussion: Rock plaque? Brian M. – member / membership database – old treasurer has some old paperwork / bank account Brian M. – dues need to be collected

• landscape – funds need to be collected to maintain up front property grass from poll to poll

Joyce & Dan T. – drainage at bottom of Bluestone needs to be addressed to drain into marsh. Chuck B. – 2 builders built this neighborhood; Ashley Homes & Signature Homes (Kirk Pickford) and are no longer in business Brian M. – “Community Clean Up Day”? Marcy – Possible separation from front; we want to improve relations w/ front and encourage them to get involved Marcy N. – Can we get another entrance into back Steve B. – facebook for neighborhood; do we want to use it for communication purposes Sheila D. – periodic social gatherings? Can we do more? Regular schedule / meetings Steve B. – donating soccer goal to HOA Billy D. – Can we get a basketball goal Motion to adjourn by Joyce T. Seconded by Sheila D. Meeting ended @ 4:15 pm   Next meeting in mid December
