Spring is drawing near

Hi everyone, hope you all had a great winter. The time is now approaching for dues to get paid (due date is on March 1st of each year), and for the Phase II landscaping maintenance to get done. I will be contacting Bloomin’ Crazy in the next week or so, with the intent to have the landscaping completed by mid May.

The board would like to address an issue that has been going on for a while now – folks have been parking in the street and on the grass in several areas. I mean this in the most friendly, neighborly way possible: we need everyone to be on board with the CC&R’s. Parking in the street for more than one or two days is a violation, as is parking in the grass. The empty lot on the corner of Ruby Stone is starting to show damage from vehicles. This area is still in Stoney Creek, and is still subject to our Rules and Regulations that we all agreed to abide by when we bought our property. Thanks for your cooperation.

Now with that out of the way, I hope everyone is looking forward to a great spring and summer. I’m thinking we should attempt a block party similar to last summer, but I’d like more people to be on board with it this year.
